Return of New Items
You may return or exchange any new DVD for any reason within 30 days after you receive your shipment for a refund. DVDs you wish to return must be in their original, factory shrink wrap to be accepted back for a refund. We do not give refunds on opened DVDs. To return item(s), simply provide your order number or receipt/packing slip that came with your order and send the item back to us at the address below:

Return postage costs are non-refundable unless we made an error i.e. we shipped an incorrect or defective item on your order. We will only refund standard First Class Mail postage (USPS / Air Mail). We will not refund the postage for returns sent via other carriers. A receipt and/or order number is required with all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issue in the same form as the original payment and will be for the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Return of Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on obtaining a replacement item. A damaged or defective title can only be replaced by the same item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item. Email email@example.com with your order number and we will send you a new replacement case for free. Opened DVDs that are damaged or defective can be exchanged for the same title only.
