Tara Samuel plays Tara Williams, a quirky but brilliant FBI agent who is the team’s resident computer and research expert. Samuel’s film and television credits include “Harvard Man” with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Eric Stoltz, and television movies’ “Killer Deal” for UPN, “There Is No City That Does Not Dream” for Bravo and “Grapes of Wrath” with Terry Kinney and Gary Sinise.
A Toronto native, Samuel has performed for her city’s leading theatre companies. She performed the role of “Ainsley Tewce” in Margaret Atwood’s “The Edible Woman” for the Canadian Stage Company. Her extensive theatrical credits include the title role in Stage West’s “Cinderella,” “For Hire” at the Tarragon Theatre, Young People’s Theatre’s “The Prince and the Pauper,” “Exorcize in Depravity” at Buddies In Bad Times Theatre, “Impassioned Embraces” at The Poor Alex and the Canadian Stage Company’s “Les Belles Soeurs.” She has performed several radio plays for CBC Radio, as well as stand-up comedy at the New York Comedy Club and Gershwin Hotel. And she also has produced several short films. Samuel graduated from Toronto’s esteemed George Brown Theatre School where she received the John Bannerman Award for Most Promising Career.
